Roger Downing and Partner Company Ltd (RDP), is a well-respected Architectural and Engineering firm in the BVI. Established in 1969, RDP has steadily expanded its field to incorporate Interior Design, which we believe is integral to any Architectural Project.

RDP has been involved and responsible for the design and construction of countless luxury villas such as Rosewood Resorts/Little Dix Bay since the early seventies, Necker Island in 1988 and 2010 and Oil Nut Bay, as well as substantial Residential Complexes, Marine and Commercial Developments.

2011 RDP was awarded the winner of the Readers Choice for “Best Building” for the BVI Property and Yacht Guide.
