HLSCC Culinary School Center

The H. Lavitity Stoutt Community College Culinary Center has commenced construction at the Paraquita Bay Campus on Tortola to provide Culinary training facilities for the Caribbean region and the BVI as a whole. The site was an existing hotel that has been demolished where nescessary and reused where possible including the grinding of demolished concrete used as fill.

Phase 1 is the main teaching labs for students at the college to train for hospitality services locally and regionally. Phase 2 involves expansion of the teahcing facilities and the addition of public restaurant for the students to practice their skills in real life settings.
